Our Vision

At Calvary Chapel, we believe it is important that our children are taught about God and the Bible at their own level. The Children’s Ministry fulfills that need by providing worship, puppet shows, teaching, crafts, and games for all children through 5th grade at all services.  We need many volunteers to make this important ministry successful.

Puppet Ministry

God’s Rods Puppet Ministry is an outreach of the Children’s Ministry of Calvary Chapel – Sun City. We believe that God has ordained parents to be the primary teacher of their children. So, to help parents out with this responsibility, we provide them with a tool by presenting live puppet shows teaching biblical lessons with a fun and entertaining twist. As we like to say, “Silly puppets with a serious mission”.
